Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Edge Peptides LLC at edgepeptideco.com. All products are supplied for Research Use Only (RUO).

1. Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of a successful, verified payment. Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Friday. Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern, on a weekend, or on a closed holiday begin processing the next business day. During unusually high volume or a technical interruption, processing can extend to as many as 5 business days.

The fulfillment center is closed on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

2. Destinations

We ship within the United States only. Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the receipt of specific research compounds. You are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be shipped to and received at your address. We may decline or cancel orders to destinations where fulfillment is restricted.

3. Carriers and shipping rates

Small parcels ship via USPS; larger parcels may ship via UPS. The shipping options available for your order and their charges are shown at checkout, before you confirm payment.

4. Estimated delivery times

These estimates include processing and carrier transit, counted in business days from a verified order:

• USPS Ground Advantage — 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail — 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express — 2–5 business days (overnight transit in many areas)
• UPS Ground — 2–7 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air — 3–4 business days
• UPS Next Day Air — 2–3 business days

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holiday volume, and other events outside our control can extend delivery. Carriers deliver Monday–Saturday.

5. Items temporarily unavailable

Occasionally an item is briefly unavailable, for example while a new batch completes laboratory testing. If that affects your order, we will contact you by email and you can choose to wait and receive the order complete, or have the available items shipped now and the rest sent automatically as soon as they are ready.

6. Tracking

A tracking email is sent to the address on your order once the shipping label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the parcel is picked up. We make every effort to ship an order in a single parcel; an order is only split if it exceeds the largest available box.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping is charged to the buyer. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.

8. Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement within 10 business days of your order date, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at research@edgepeptideco.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and, for damage, photos. Resolution is handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Once tracking confirms a parcel as delivered, responsibility for it passes to the recipient. We will help you open an inquiry with the carrier, but we cannot replace or refund a parcel that tracking shows as delivered to the address provided.

9. On arrival

Storage guidance for each compound is listed on its product page. Lyophilized research materials are shipped for transit stability; follow the stated storage conditions on receipt. We do not provide human or veterinary usage guidance of any kind.
