These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of edgepeptideco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Edge Peptides LLC (“Edge Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and be acquiring products as a qualified researcher or research organization for laboratory use. By ordering, you represent that you meet these conditions.

2. Research Use Only

All products are supplied strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not for human consumption and not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you attest that every product will be handled by qualified persons in a controlled research setting and never administered to humans or animals. Full terms are set out in our RUO Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. No medical advice

Content on the Site — including product pages, the research blog, and certificates of analysis — is provided for scientific reference only. It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice. We do not provide, and will not respond to requests for, guidance on human or veterinary use, quantities, or administration.

4. Accounts

An account is required to complete checkout. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, resale misrepresentation, or a compliance concern.
• Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing; in the event of an obvious error we may cancel affected orders.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes, and shipping.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for the accuracy of your billing and shipping details.

6. Shipping

Fulfillment and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to the protections described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or the RUO Disclaimer.
• Do not resell, relabel, or represent products in a way that misstates their RUO nature.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, logos, product photography, copy, and the Edge Peptides name are owned by or licensed to Edge Peptides LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Products and Site content are provided “as is” and “as available” for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representation regarding the suitability of any product for any application beyond the characterization stated on its current certificate of analysis on file.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Peptides LLC and its members, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or research, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edge Peptides LLC from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your handling, storage, use, or disposal of products, your breach of these Terms or the RUO Disclaimer, or your violation of any law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
